The meeting was held at the President’s office, in Abuja. At the meeting were the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu; National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno; and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Rufai-Abubakar.
